Connecting Businesses. Simplifying Logistics.
Established in 2018, Concept Tandem Logistics is a Canadian logistics company based in Richmond, British Columbia, providing international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and integrated logistics solutions.
We believe that logistics is more than simply moving cargo — it's about connecting businesses, overcoming challenges, and creating opportunities.
Since our founding, we have focused on delivering reliable, efficient, and personalized logistics services, helping businesses navigate the complexities of international trade with greater confidence.
Our Approach:
Global Reach, Personal Touch
Every business is unique, and so are its logistics needs.
At Concept Tandem Logistics, we take a hands-on, customer-focused approach. We work closely with our clients to understand their operations, anticipate potential challenges, and develop practical solutions that meet their individual requirements.
Whether coordinating international freight, managing customs clearance, or arranging local delivery, we emphasize clear communication, attention to detail, and dependable service throughout the shipping process.
More Than a Logistics Provider
We see ourselves as an extension of our customers' businesses.
Our role goes beyond moving shipments from origin to destination. We aim to simplify complex logistics processes, provide knowledgeable guidance, and support our clients as their businesses grow.
As an independent logistics company, we value the flexibility to offer personalized attention and responsive service, while working with our network of partners to support international shipping needs.
